Citrus banquets, arts and products were showcased. High-quality citrus fruits across the Wuling Mountain Area were displayed, with bright colors and diverse shapes. Varieties like Youyou Orange and Huangjin Orange of Baojing County, as well as Shimen Orange of Changde City and Dongjianghu Honey Orange were highly favored by judges.
Hunan’s citrus accounts for 12% of the national total output, with an annual output of over 6 million tons. Over 80% of fruits in Hunan are citrus, which plays an important role in developing the fruit industry in the province.
